I’ve been away for a while, I started a new job and things got really hectic and crazy. I do have good news, I guess… After falling off the wagon, I’ve been on it for about two months now. I have also started jogging (consistently) and it’s become a way of life.
I am barely eating, and working out a lot. I love it. I finally have control and a clear mind to do what I have to do. I have actually managed something I had not done in so long. I have lost 15.8lbs. For the first time since High School I am in the 40’s. Before, my binges were controlling my life. With the running, it seems I’ve been able to channel that negative energy elsewhere. I am on a nice steady decline and I really think I’ll be able to do it this time around.
